Q. Do I get a 10 year Guarantee?
A. Yes. Apollo issue a 10 year guarantee for all damp proofing and timber treatment works carried out to specifications.

Q. Can I stay in the property during the treatment?
A. There is a one hour resting period on all chemicals used by Apollo so yes, you can after this time. 

Q. Does Apollo clear away all rubbish associated with the works?
A. Yes. All rubbish and debris is cleared daily. 

Q. Does Apollo carry out the specialist re-plastering within the contract and can they carry out addition re- plastering if required?
A. We carry out specialist re-plastering to specifications and can carry out additional re-plastering, external rendering etc.

Q. What is the procedure if I think the rising damp has returned?
A. Notify Apollo immediately. We will send out our surveyor to examine the problem (re-inspection fee chargeable) and if rising damp has returned, then Apollo will make arrangements to rectify the problem. If however, it's not rising damp then the surveyor will advise what is causing the problem with a solution to remedy the cause.
